Alpha-Cyclodextrin CAS #10016-20-3

Alpha-Cyclodextrin (CAS# 10016-20-3) is a cyclic oligosaccharide formed from D-glucose via an alpha-1, 4-glucoside bond. It has a certain solubility in water, but compared with some other carbohydrates, its solubility is relatively low. Insoluble in most organic solvents. It has good chemical stability and can remain relatively stable under general temperature and pH conditions, but hydrolysis reactions may occur under extreme conditions such as strong acids, strong bases or high temperatures
